NCE/ACE Awards 2012 - Outstanding Achievement Award  The Outstanding Achievement Award recognises a firm, team or individual involved in work that has gone above and beyond the norm. This award has been developed to recognise individuals, groups or teams that are the ambassadors for our profession and exemplify the contribution that our industry makes to our society, environment and quality of life. Winners of the ACE Outstanding Achievement Award will be announced at the NCE/ACE Consultants of the Year Awards Lunch on Friday 30 March 2012 at Claridge’s, London.

Give a brief outline - no more than 750 words Judging Guidance This award has been developed to recognise individuals, groups or teams that are the ambassadors for our profession and exemplify the contribution that our industry makes to our society, environment and quality of life. Judges will be looking for nominations from ACE members for an individual or a team that has made a difference, either through their work or outside their work environment. The panel will be looking for activity that has contributed to the standing and reputation of consultancy and engineering at home or overseas. In the case of specific project work this should have been in place during the period January 2011 and January 2012.
